Expanding Our Investment Preparation Capabilities

The dynamic growth of our projects and the expanding scope of services we provide are driving MJL to continuously strengthen its expertise and organisational structure. In response to the evolving needs of our clients, we have established the Investment Preparation Department, dedicated to providing comprehensive support to investors at the planning and pre-construction stages of their projects.

We are pleased to announce that Krzysztof Jaroszewicz has been appointed Director of the Investment Preparation Department.

Krzysztof is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environmental Sciences at Bialystok University of Technology. He has been part of the MJL team since 2025, when he joined the company as a Project Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for developing the investment preparation area and building capabilities that will enable MJL to provide even more effective support to investors before projects enter the construction phase.

Comprehensive Support for Investors

The newly established Investment Preparation Department focuses on activities that are critical to the proper planning and assessment of investment projects. Its scope of expertise includes:

• Technical Due Diligence (TDD) analyses,
• investment cost estimation,
• organisation and management of tender procedures,
• technical advisory services,
• preparation of bank reports.

The development of this area enables MJL to respond even more comprehensively to investors' needs — from analysing and assessing a project's potential, through investment preparation, to its execution.
