Platynowe Estate in Gdańsk - MJL Providing Investor Supervision During Construction

Construction works are currently underway at the Platynowe Estate residential development in Gdańsk, comprising two multi-family residential buildings with a total of 104 apartments, underground parking garages, and dedicated technical and utility spaces for residents.

The project commenced in December 2025 and is currently at the earthworks and foundation stage. Completion of the construction works is scheduled for May 2027.

MJL is responsible for providing comprehensive investor supervision services covering the structural, electrical, and sanitary disciplines. The scope of our services includes ongoing quality control of construction works, participation in coordination meetings, review of design documentation and cost estimates, verification of additional works, progress reporting, and risk identification and assessment throughout all stages of the project.

The project is being developed by Budlex, while STRABAG Polska serves as the General Contractor. The collaboration between all project stakeholders is based on efficient communication, effective coordination, and a shared commitment to maintaining high execution standards.

One of the distinctive features of the development is the option to install private jacuzzis on selected apartment terraces, a solution rarely seen in residential projects and one that highlights the premium character of the investment.
