Stacja Wola - Phase III Under Construction

Construction of the next phase of the residential development Stacja Wola - Phase III, located at Gumińska 3 Street in Warsaw, has officially commenced. The investor for this project is Archicom.

Phase III includes the construction of a modern multi-family residential building with a two-level underground garage. The development will comprise 232 apartments and 234 parking spaces, including 215 spaces in the underground garage. The average apartment size is 57.3 m², while the building height will vary from 9 to 17 storeys.

As part of the project, MJL is responsible for providing multi-disciplinary investor supervision, covering the following sectors:

• structural and construction
• electrical
• sanitary

Currently, the first stage of excavation works has been completed, and ongoing activities focus on the construction of the foundation slab and vertical structural elements at level -2.
